Academy Induction
After and before every season, an induction meeting shall be held to make aware the followings;
  1. All the people and their position in the academy
  2. Next Season players registration/Release notice and acceptance
  3. Any other relevant information
Players Daily Routine At The Academy Residence

Morning Routine (6:00 AM - 8:00 AM)
1. Wake-up and Morning Stretch (6:00 AM - 6:30 AM)
2. Breakfast (6:30 AM - 7:30 AM)
3. Personal Hygiene and Room Maintenance (7:30 AM - 8:00 AM)

Academic Session (8:00 AM - 12:00 PM)
1. Classroom Sessions (8:00 AM - 12:00 PM)
    - Core subjects (Math, English, Science, etc.)
    - Elective subjects (Languages, Arts, etc.)

Lunch Break (12:00 PM - 1:00 PM)
1. Lunch (12:00 PM - 1:00 PM)

Training Session (1:00 PM - 4:00 PM)
1. Warm-up and Stretching (1:00 PM - 1:30 PM)
2. Technical Training (1:30 PM - 3:00 PM)
    - Skill-specific training (dribbling, shooting, passing, etc.)
3. Tactical Training (3:00 PM - 4:00 PM)
    - Team strategy and formation training

Dinner and Relaxation (4:00 PM - 7:00 PM)
1. Dinner (4:00 PM - 5:00 PM)
2. Free Time (5:00 PM - 7:00 PM)
    - Relaxation, reading, or personal activities
Evening Routine (7:00 PM - 9:00 PM)
1. Study Hall (7:00 PM - 8:30 PM)
    - Homework and academic support
2. Wind-down and Relaxation (8:30 PM - 9:00 PM)
    - Meditation, stretching, or calming activities

Bedtime Routine (9:00 PM - 10:00 PM)
1. Prepare for Bed (9:00 PM - 9:30 PM)
2. Lights Out (9:30 PM - 10:00 PM)


Note:
Should a player decide to decline an extended registration period and seek to be released, the player new club shall pay compensation/developing cost to our Academy regardless of whether the player has participated in an organised game or not. The compensation is to be determine by our Academy.
 
Also, if the player in question has ever appeared in our first team at an organized game, the new club shall pay a contingency fee for under 12 or above in addition to the compensation fees. The fees to be paid shall be determined by the football authority according to the divisional status of the player.
 
Welfare
Player Development and Progression
Our Academy Player development and Progress would be measured, monitored, recorded and feedback to their parents, and the players themselves. This record will be protected and kept safe as the achievement of the player and release to the player should he intend to move to another club.
 
At all the phases of the development, review shall be conducted as stated below:
‘Foundation Phase                                          Every 12 weeks
Youth Development Phase                             Every 6 weeks
Professional Development Phase                   Every 6 weeks
(U17 & U18)
The performance review will be to assess your development against your targets set at previous performance reviews. These enable the need for individual coaching, all-rounded athletic development, educational support, and setting of new performance targets.
Each review shall be conducted by expert and recorded on your performance clock.
At the Parents Meetings which would be held twice each season, your child Performance Review shall be discussed in details with you.
 
Player and Safeguarding Welfare
As we have endorsed the Safeguarding Children Statement, we are committed to safeguarding the welfare of your child. As part of our duty of care to safeguard your ward in our Academy, we have a clear safeguard policy and procedures in place under the supervision of our Designated Safeguarding Officer (DSO) who will in addition receives all complaints and address them according to the Academy policy on safeguard and welfare.
 
Independence Advice
We pride ourselves of quality and honesty in the Football Academy System, and are committed to safeguarding and welfare of player future, therefore we encourage Academy Player, Trial-list, Parents and Guardian to seek independent advice and support with the Ghana Football Association (GFA).

Feedback and Open Communication
As we strive to minimise the chance of misunderstanding at every stage of the Academy system, we encourage close and regular communication between the Academy, Players and parents. This we believe help to ensure an enjoyable and productive experience for everyone.
Feedbacks helps us to identify areas for improvement that will enhance the learning environment and the playing experience.
Comments, Suggestions and the raising of concerns help us to manage risk and encourage better performance.
We work very hard to ensure that things go well; however, you should always raise any concern you have with our Academy officials.
Should you wish to make a formal complaint, follow the process detailed in the compliant procedure below?
 
Complaint
Communication
Informally raise the issue with someone at the Club, such as your Coach, Designated Safeguarding Officer or Academy Manager; this may help you reach a satisfactory resolution quickly.
 
Complaints Procedure
If the issue is not resolved, follow the Club’s complaints procedure and put your complaint formally in writing to the Club.
Escalation
If having completed our Academy’s complaints procedure including the appeals process, you remain dissatisfied, follow the GFA complaint process. A copy of the policy can be found on their website or you can request a copy be sent to you by contacting the Academy Director.
 
Response
Complaints to GFA; these should be emailed to enquiries@GFA.com. The GFA will respond within 7 days and will provide an outcome within 28 days, where possible. If these timescales are not achievable, you will be kept informed.
 
Excursions
Whilst the player-student resides at the Academy there will be excursions throughout the year at separate charge
