N.B: To avoid mix colures of uniform, all parents are advised to buy the uniform from the school. Uniforms not provided by the school will not be allowed in the school.
2. SCHOOL HOURS
School Hours: Lessons start from 8:00am. Children must report to school latest by 7:00am
Prompt. Late pupils shall be punished or disallowed entry for the day. No child shall be
allowed to leave the school compound during school hours and Extra classes as well.
3. EXTRA / VACATION CLASSES
Special Extra Classes / studies would be organized for Class 1 to J.H.S 3 at a fee and an extra
Care for Crèche, Nursery and K.G after school hours. Saturday Classes shall
be compulsory for all Pupils.
Children who do not attend Saturday Classes shall still have to pay for it the
next day he/she attends school.
4. SCHOOL CANTEEN
To ensure food security, and avoid the tendency of pilfering from home to buy assorted things, the school runs a compulsory canteen service from which, all pupils from Nursery one (1) to J.H.S Three (3) shall pay a canteen fee on a daily basis in order to be served during lunch. Parents should always ensure that their ward takes breakfast before coming to school, since the canteen fee shall cater for the lunch time only. Different dishes shall be served according to the canteen menu.
Feeding fee shall not be refunded nor referred to the next day if a child is sacked for school fees, after been reminded by the school, but failed to pay.
Canteen fee is compulsory and any pupil(s) who fails to pay canteen fee shall be sacked irrespective of whether he/she has paid the fees or not.
All parent(s) should notify the school in writing about any food, which their ward does not eat. Verbal information by parent(s) or children shall not be considered.
5. SCHOOL FEES PAYMENT
Parent(s) are expected to make a full / half payment of all fees, in the second week, after every school re-open date and the final payment by the 15th of the following month. Pupil(s) who do not comply with this requirement shall be constantly sacked home for fees. But new entrants have to pay full fess on admission.
Final year pupils at the Junior High School (J.H.S) shall pay 3rd term fees in second term before they are registered for the B.E.C.E
By the issuance of a reminder notice, every child is supposed to make a fee payment either in full or part. Anything short of that shall result in sacking. Feeding fee of a sacked child shall not be refunded since the child has already been considered in the preparation of the food for the day in question.
NOTE: School fees and any other charges paid should not be refundable.
6. BOARDING FEES PAYMENT
To ensure a proper preparation of our final year pupils all JHS 2 pupils shall begin to stay at the boarding house in 3rd Term if they so wish. The appropriate bills for the boarding shall be debited or added to the pupils’ school fees bill when they have indicate their intention to still on the boarding house.
Parents who wish their ward to stay at the boarding house shall request from the administration a BOARDING HOUSE PROSPECTUS.
Boarding fees shall be demanded on admission to the boarding House.
7. B.E.C.E REGISTRATION
All final year pupils shall be registered for the B.E.C.E only after they have passed a selection test at the end of J.H.S 2 3rd term, and have paid their fees in full including that of the 3rd term of their final year.
Pupils who do not passed the selection test shall not be qualified for registration and shall be allowed repetition once only, after which if he / she still failed to pass the next year, shall be advised to try another school teaching methodology.
8. BOOKS REQUIREMENT
All pupils shall be expected to buy the required textbooks and exercise books at the beginning of the academic year. Pupils, who fail to buy these books after persistent reminder to the parents, shall be sacked home until these books are bought.
Parents are kindly expected to co-operate in this particular issue to enable us serve them well
9. ADMISSION
N B: We do not entertain admission into JHS 2 except the child can academically prove beyond all reasonable doubt that he/she is qualified by meeting our percentage requirement. Anything short of that, the child would have to either repeat or be disallowed enrolment.
All pupils shall be admitted into the school only after a trial test has been conducted and the appropriate admission requirements below have been met in full.

10. ADMISSION TEST
For a trial test to be conducted, applicant would have to provide a receipt for the prospectus.
The class of a pupil shall be determined only after a test has been conducted.
Pupils who perform below average would be advised to go to the nest class below or refused admission.
Admission fees should be paid only after the trail test has been conducted and a class determined and agreed by the parent(s). Note: Admission Fees or Prospectus price once paid are neither refundable nor transferable.
