The purpose of this policy is to ensure safe and responsible transportation of players and officials to and from away matches, while also maintaining compliance with relevant regulations and academy standards.

This policy applies to all players, coaches, and officials traveling with the academy to away matches. By following this policy, Kempshot Sports Academy can ensure safe and responsible transportation to and from away matches.
Guidelines
1. Pre-Trip Planning: The management will conduct thorough planning and coordination with the transportation provider to ensure adequate seating capacity and safe transportation.
2. Passenger Manifest: A detailed passenger manifest will be prepared and approved by the management before each trip, ensuring that the number of passengers does not exceed the bus's seating capacity.
3. Authorized Passengers: Only authorized players, coaches, and officials will be permitted to travel on the bus. No unauthorized individuals, including family members or friends, will be allowed.
4. Luggage and Equipment: Players and officials will be responsible for ensuring that their luggage and equipment are safely stored and do not obstruct aisles or emergency exits.
5. Bus Capacity: The bus will not be overloaded, and the driver will ensure that the vehicle is not exceeding its maximum seating capacity.
6. Safety Briefing: Before each trip, the management will conduct a safety briefing with players and officials, emphasizing the importance of seatbelt use, emergency procedures, and responsible behavior.
7. Monitoring and Enforcement: The management will monitor adherence to this policy and take disciplinary action if necessary.
