Match Honoured Fee
As a host team, we offered to pay a match honoured Fee of GHc __________ to your academy.
We shall receive the same match honoured fee amount of Ghc ____________at a return match within a reasonable time.
Reasonable time is at the discretion of Kempshot Sports Academy, but must not be more than a month from the time of the first match.
Where for any reasons returned match cannot be played within the reasonable time. The match honoured fee amount paid to your club shall be refunded immediately after the one month reasonable time deadline.
Pre-Match Conference
A Pre-Match Conference shall be held before the start of the match. Activities to be considered during this conference are:
Players Height Measurement, Weight taken, and identification assigned.
Game Format, Ball Size, Field Size and Goal Size inspection and agreement
Match Honoured Fee discussion.
We look forward to receive your response within the shortest time possible to avoid any disappointment, since similar request have been made to two other academy, and match honouring shall be on the first-come, first-served basis.
