Match Honouring
As a host/Away team, we offered to pay/Receive a match honoured Fee of GHc ___________________ to/from your academy.
We shall receive/Pay the same match honoured fee amount of Ghc __________________at a returned match in two (2) weeks time from the date of this first played match. If You accept to honoured this match please initial in any below space on this letter by writing "Accepted" "Your Name",Signature and Date of receipt, otherwise write "Denied" instead of "Accepted", and retured a copy of the initialed letter immediately by the bearer or at a later date but within a week of the received date of this letter.
3. Returned-Match
We expect to play a return match in two weeks time, dated ____________________________________.
Should you be unable to meet the returned-match date then, you would have to propose another date at our convenience.
Where, for any reasons the Returned Match cannot be played within a reasonable time, The match honoured fee amount paid to your Academy shall be refunded in the fourth (4th.) week after the played-match or within a reasonable time. Reasonable time is within our discretion.
Pre-Match Conference
A Pre-Match Conference shall be held before the start of the match. Activities to be considered during this conference are:
Players Height Measurement, Weight taken, and identification assigned. (Preferably Photograph)
Game Format, Ball Size, Field Size and Goal Size inspection and agreement
Match Honoured Fee Remittance.
We look forward to receive your response within One(1) Week from the received date of this request else, we shall assumed that our Request has been turned down, and other request shall be considered, since similar request have been made to several other academy, and match honouring shall be on the first-come, first-served basis.
