Manager Pre-season and Seasonal Targets 


Pre-Season Targets:

1. Recruitment:
    - Identify and recruit 5-10 new players to join the academy.
    - Develop a strong recruitment process to attract top talent.
2. Facility Preparation:
    - Ensure all training facilities are in good condition and meet safety standards.
    - Develop a maintenance schedule to keep facilities in top shape.
3. Staffing:
    - Hire and train additional coaching staff to support growing player numbers.
    - Develop a staff development program to enhance coaching quality.
4. Program Development:
    - Develop and implement a comprehensive training program for all age groups.
    - Introduce new training methodologies and technologies to enhance player development.

Seasonal Targets:

1. Team Performance:
    - Achieve a top 3 finish in the league standings for each age group.
    - Win 70% of games played across all age groups.
2. Player Development:
    - Have 80% of players demonstrate significant improvement in technical skills.
    - Develop 5-10 players to trial with professional clubs or higher-level academies.
3. Player Retention:
    - Retain 85% of players from the previous season.
    - Identify and address reasons for player departures.
4. Financial Management:
    - Manage budget effectively, staying within 5% of projected expenses.
    - Increase revenue through sponsorships, grants, or other means.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

1. Player Progression Metrics:
    - Technical skill assessments.
    - Game footage analysis.
2. Team Performance Metrics:
    - Win-loss record.
    - League standings.
3. Staff Performance Metrics:
    - Coaching evaluations.
    - Staff retention rates.
4. Financial Metrics:
    - Budget variance.
