The journey of Academy player is referred to as the Performance Pathway/Progression Pathway. This pathway is in Three (3) phases namely, foundation, Youth Development and the Professional Development.

1. Expected Ages:                                    12, 13, 14 and 15
2. Expected Classes:                              JHS 1, JHS 2, JHS 3,
3. Years Expected in this phase:          4, 3, 2, and 1 year depending on your entry age
4. Next Progression after this phase: Professional Phase

​3. Professional Development Phase

1. Expected Ages:                                  15, 16, 17 and U18
2. Expected Classes:                             SHS 1, SHS 2 and SHS 3,
3. Years Expected in this phase:         3, 2, and 1 year depending on your entry age
4. Next Progression after this phase: Full-time Professional Footbaall

 Academics (Normal Education Curriculum) Kempshot known for formal curricular education excellence for the past 20 years in the education industry, we run a formal education curricular for Basic School, Junior High School (JHS) and Senior High School (SHS). T-VET is just about to be added. By this, both your ward education and talent development are overseen by one focal point which ensures a perfect balance between talent and education.

1. The Basic School

Under the basic school level, we run Pre-School (Cretch – KG), Class 1- 6 and JHS 1 – 3

2. Senior High School:

Our Senior High School runs all the five major programme, namely Home Economic, General Science, General Art, Visual Art and Business.

3. Technical and Vocational Education and Training (T-VET):

This level of education is about to be added. The aim of adding this level is to provide a way out for student player who cannot cope with vigorous academic work to the higher level.This programme will be pursued alongside the player pursuit for his football career. This programme allows the student player to have a trade to rely on in case he could not pursue his academics to certain level.
