Coach Outfit and Appearance Policy


Purpose
This policy aims to ensure that coaches present a professional image and maintain a consistent standard of dress and appearance during academy training and other activities.

Scope
This policy applies to all coaches employed by Kempshot Sports Academy.

Dress Code
1. Training Sessions: Coaches should wear attire that is functional, comfortable, and suitable for the specific sport or activity.
2. Business Meetings: Coaches should wear business attire, including but not limited to, dress shirts, trousers, and blazers.
3. Academy Events: Coaches should wear attire that is consistent with the academy's brand and image.

Appearance Standards
1. Grooming: Coaches should maintain a clean and well-groomed appearance.
2. Personal Hygiene: Coaches should maintain good personal hygiene and adhere to basic standards of cleanliness.
3. Tattoos and Piercings: Coaches should ensure that tattoos and piercings do not compromise the academy's professional image.

Branding and Logo Wear
1. Academy Logo: Coaches should wear academy-branded attire during official events and training sessions.
2. Sponsorship Logo: Coaches may wear sponsor logos, subject to academy approval.

Consequences of Non-Compliance
1. Verbal Warning: Coaches who fail to comply with this policy may receive a verbal warning.
2. Written Warning: Repeated non-compliance may result in a written warning.
3. Disciplinary Action: Failure to comply with this policy may result in disciplinary action, including but not limited to, suspension or termination.

This policy will be reviewed and revised as necessary to ensure it remains effective and relevant.
