2. Team Preparation:

3. Coaching Development:
    - Attend coaching workshops/conferences to enhance knowledge and stay updated on best practices.

Seasonal Performance Targets:

1. Team Performance:
    - Achieve a top 3 finish in the league standings.
    - Win 70% of home games.
    - Reach the semifinals of the regional cup competition.

2. Player Development:
    - Have 80% of players demonstrate significant improvement in technical skills (e.g., passing accuracy, shooting percentage).
    - Develop 2-3 players to trial with higher-level teams/academies.

3. Team Culture:
    - Maintain a positive team culture, with 90% of players reporting feeling supported and valued.
    - Foster a strong work ethic, with 95% of players demonstrating commitment to training and games.
