Basketball Court Usage Rules and Regulations

Purpose
The purpose of these rules and regulations is to ensure the safe and respectful use of the Kempshot Sports Academy basketball court.

General Rules

2. Scheduling: Court usage must be scheduled in advance through the designated booking process.
3. Priority: Priority will be given to Kempshot Sports Academy programs and events.

Safety Rules

Court Usage Guidelines

2. Time Slots: Court usage is allocated in designated time slots.
3. Setup and Cleanup: Users are responsible for setting up and cleaning up the court.
4. Noise Levels: Keep noise levels reasonable.

Prohibited Activities
1. Food and Drink: No food or drink allowed on the court, except water.
2. Tobacco and Vaping: No tobacco or vaping products allowed on the premises.
3. Valuables: Users are responsible for their personal belongings.
4. Disruptive Behavior: No disruptive or abusive behavior tolerated.

Enforcement
1. Staff Supervision: Staff will supervise court usage.
2. Rule Enforcement: Staff will enforce these rules and regulations.

Liability
1. Assumption of Risk: Users assume all risks associated with court usage.
2. Release of Liability: Users release Kempshot Sports Academy from liability for injuries or damages.
